Who Hires the Hall Regularly?

How Regular Hire Works
Regular bookings run on a simple monthly cycle:
- Get in touch to discuss your preferred day, time and frequency
- Pay a refundable deposit of £50 to secure the booking
- Pay your first month in advance, with subsequent months invoiced in arrears
- Your hire agreement runs for 12 months, with the option to extend
Either party can end the agreement with one month’s written notice. If you need to cancel a specific session, seven days’ notice is all that is required.
Practical Details for Regular Hirers
The hall is available for bookings from morning through to midnight. The minimum booking per session is two hours. All hirers receive a key and are responsible for locking up, switching off lights and heaters, and leaving the space clean for the next user. Cleaning supplies are available on site.
