Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Hall is a recently renovated venue on Camborne Avenue in the heart of Bedgrove, Aylesbury. Whether you need a space for a single celebration or a regular weekly booking, the hall is available for private hire with flexible terms to suit.
A Versatile Space for Up to 100 Guests
The hall comfortably seats 60 guests at tables and accommodates up to 100 standing. The interior has been fully refurbished, giving you a bright, clean space that works equally well for a children’s birthday party as it does for a weekly fitness class or community group meeting.
A fully equipped kitchen sits adjacent to the main hall, fitted with a range cooker, fridge and generous counter space for food preparation and serving.
Spacious Grounds in the Heart of Bedgrove
The hall sits within open grounds with enough room for outdoor games, bouncy castles and space for children to run around safely. The location is a short walk from Jansel Square, where you will find a Co-op, Sainsbury’s Local, a butcher and a Post Office, making last-minute supplies easy to sort on the day.
One-Off and Regular Hire Available
The hall offers two booking options:
One-off hire is ideal for parties, christenings, communions, birthdays, baby showers, wakes and other private events. A refundable deposit of £100 secures your date, with the balance due seven days before your event. The minimum booking is two hours.
Regular hire suits fitness instructors, dance teachers, community groups, clubs and any organisation that needs a consistent weekly or monthly space. A refundable deposit of £50 covers the first booking, with subsequent fees invoiced monthly. Regular hire agreements run for 12 months with one month’s notice to end.
What You Need to Know
The hall must be vacated by midnight. Live and recorded music is permitted until 11pm. The venue is no-smoking and no-vaping throughout. All hirers must be over 18 and present for the duration of the booking. Free car parking is available on site.
